Plans and what they include
One flat price for the whole platform, whatever industry you are in. Every feature is in it — the only thing the price ladder controls is how many staff accounts you get.
The plan
$99/month CAD. It does not scale with how many members, guests or events you have — a gym with forty students and a gym with four hundred pay the same. It includes 10 staff accounts.
- Check-in, attendance & the live big screen
- Members, belts & ranks, full roster
- Recurring member billing with payouts to you
- Run of show, timers & every screen in sync
- Leads, campaigns & your public page
- Gyms, weddings, music, cheer, churches & more
Pro — the only upgrade
+$200/month on top of the base ($299 in total). It lifts two limits and nothing else:
| Base — $99 | With Pro — $299 | |
|---|---|---|
| Kinds of room | One — the kind you signed up to run | Every kind — gym, weddings, conferences, karaoke, more |
| Staff accounts | 10 included | Up to 100 |
| Staff roles | One role, shared by everyone | Unlimited — owner, coach, front desk, instructor |
Turn it on from inside your account the day you need it. Same login, same data, one line added to the same invoice.
Bigger than that
More than 100 staff, or several locations under one roof? That is past what we price on a page. Talk to us about Enterprise — there is no self-serve price above 100 staff, and inventing one would be dishonest.
Starting, and stopping
The first 7 days are free. These are the exact terms you are billed under:
- A card is required to start. Your subscription is what turns on your login, so there is no browsing-only account. The first 7 days are free — the card is on file, not charged.
- Cancel any time, from inside your account. No phone call, no retention queue, no notice period beyond the one below.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Inside that 24-hour window the renewal has already gone out and it will be charged. Cancelling then stops the charge after it, not that one.
- You keep the time you paid for. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not end the period you are in. If you cancel today, you keep full access until the month you have already paid for runs out.
The things you can add
| Add-on | What it costs | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Text messages | From $10 for 280 texts | SMS is built in, but each text costs money to send — you buy credits as you need them. Pre-paid, never a subscription, and unused credits do not expire. |
| Member dues billing | 0.5% of what you collect | Only when money actually moves, and refunded with the payment. See Collecting dues and payouts. |
| Marketing — Managed | $249/month | You send the photos and what is on. We keep it published, current and consistent. |
| Marketing — Managed + Ads | $749/month | Everything above, plus a Google Ads account built, run and reported on by a person. |
Marketing is people, not software
A person, hired by the month, to do the marketing you do not have time for. Not part of your subscription — cancel it without touching your NextSet account.
We do not promise a full room, and we do not promise a number of posts. We promise a real person doing real work every week, and a plain answer about what it did.
Managed — $249/month
- A steady posting rhythm, written by a person — you supply the photos and clips
- Your schedule and timetable kept current everywhere it appears
- Written check-in each month — what went out, what to send next
Managed + Ads — $749/month
- Everything in Managed
- A website, built and hosted for you — included, not an extra
- Google Ads set up in your account, under your billing, owned by you
- Ad copy written by hand and watched weekly — never generated
- Landing page and enquiry form wired into your NextSet leads
- A planning call each month, and a plain-English report: what was spent, what came in
Fans
A fan account is free, permanently. Following venues and artists, seeing what is on, holding tickets and taking part in whatever is on the screen all cost nothing.
