Your room, your words
The same engine runs a gym, a wedding and a Sunday service. It does not use the same words for all three, and it hides the controls your building does not have.
NextSet grew up in live music, so its original words were music words: rundown, performer, set, backstage, on-stage. Those are wrong in most rooms. A coach opening the director for open mat should not be offered a “Backstage” message target — their building does not contain one.
So the words change with the event type. Not a theme or a skin: the labels, the message presets, and which screens exist at all.

Every room gets the same four safety and timing broadcasts — WRAP IT UP, 30 SECONDS, FIRE ALARM — EVACUATE, TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES — because those matter everywhere.
