What shipped
You are reading the docs for NextSet 2.3. Everything on this site describes that version — if a page and the product disagree, the page is the bug.
How to tell what you are running
The version is in the footer of every page and in the top-right of these docs. There is one version of NextSet — it is not installed on your machine, so you are always on the current one and there is nothing to update.
Recently
The changes most likely to affect how you use it day to day:
| Area | What changed |
|---|---|
| Gyms | Live rounds on the wall screen, a mat kiosk for check-in and round reporting, per-sport belt ladders, and member dues billing that pays out to you. |
| Weddings | The timeline, vendor access, guest photo uploads and the reception screen were reworked as their own vertical rather than a variant of a music event. |
| Director | One director interface across every room, with a freely arrangeable layout so you can put the controls where your hands are. |
| Your room’s words | Labels, message presets and screens now follow your event type — a gym is no longer offered a backstage it does not have. |
| Design | A single design system across the product, so the same control looks and behaves the same everywhere. |
| Crowd | Word clouds, upvoted Q&A and screen takeovers, all answerable from a phone with no account. |

Tell us — report a problem. Include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If a docs page describes something that no longer exists, that is worth reporting too; an out-of-date doc is treated as a bug here.
